Rules & Regulations
  1. A student after taking admission at the College will be bound by the rules and regulation of the College.
  2. Each student will be issued an Identity Card. The entry into the college / classes will be only with the Identity card. If the ID card is lost or misplaced, a duplicate I-Card can be asked from the College against payment of Rs. 50/-. If any student is found misusing the I-Card, he / she will be penalized.
  3. The student has to attend the College regularly with the uniform and I-Card.
  4. It is compulsory and mandatory to provide valid e-mail id / mobile no. of the student / parent. The result of the test and any other related information by the College will be sent to the student / parent only through e-mail. The College shall not be responsible if any information regarding result or anything is not received by the student / parent if the student has not provided proper e-mail id or mobile number in the form at the time of Admission.
  5. The student who is enrolled with the college will have to work hard regularly. In case, if the teachers feel that the student is not working hard, creating indiscipline in the Institute or hostel, irregular in attendance, not responding properly, he/she may be warned and if necessary the decision of college management in this regard will be final and binding on the student. No fee or part of the fee will be refunded in such cases.
  6. If any student absents himself /herself for more then 7 days continuously without any prior written application, he /she will not be allowed to enter in the class. The decision of the Principal in this regard will be final and binding on the students and parents.
  7. If any student after admission exercised his/her higher option through e-admission process will be refunded the deposited amount after deducting amount as instructed by the Govt. of Odisha.
  8. In case of lower option exercised by a student refund will be decided by the Management
  9. The parent can meet the Principal for any enquiry about their wards progress or any other problem concerning their ward with prior appointment only.
  10. Any change of address has to be notified in writing to the office within 7-10 days.
  11. A student who is late 10 minutes for classes/ tests will not be allowed to enter the classroom for that period.
  12. If the study material provided to the student like bag is lost /misplaced, a new bag can be obtained from the College against a payment of Rs.200/-.
  13. The student has to deposit Rs 2000/- as Caution money (refundable).
  14. If any type of mishap occurs in the premises of the College because of situation beyond control or any other natural calamity like earthquake, floods. Fire, electric short circuit, the College is not responsible in any manner whatsoever.
  15. Fine @ Rs. 50 per day will be charged for non payment of installments in time.
  16. The student is not allowed to carry mobile phone / I-pod in the classes.
  17. The College shall not be responsible for providing sitting arrangement to the parents while the classes and /or test of their wards shall be on.
  18. The College reserves its rights to make any alteration in its program /timing and days of classes without any prior notice to anybody. The decision of the Principal will be final and binding on the student and parents.
  19. In case of any dispute or differences between you and the College regarding the interpretation of these terms and conditions, non-payment of any claim or any dispute arising out of or in pursuant of these terms and conditions, the same shall be referred to Sole Arbitrator who shall be appointed by the Chairman of M/s Adyant Educational & Charitable Trust. The proceedings shall be conducted at Bhubaneswar under the Pro visions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act and the Courts at Bhubaneswar only shall have to jurisdiction over the matter and / or for enforcement as the case may be. If an Arbitrator to whom the matter is referred refuses to act for any reason, does not enter the reference or after entering into the reference proceedings are abandoned or kept in abeyance or not proceeded with, it shall be lawful for the Chairman of M/s Adyant Educational & Charitable Trust to appoint another person to act as Arbitrator in the matter aforesaid. Such person shall be entitled to proceed with reference from the stage at which was left by his predecessor, if both the parties consent to this effect, failing which the Arbitrator will be entitled to proceed denovo.
  20. I have read the terms and conditions & various principles of the college as mentioned in the prospectus & promise to abide by the same.
